Terms and conditions that you agree to when purchasing a product:
Section 1. The store guarantees that:
1. Technical support response within 24 hours from the moment of communication.
Usually, technical support responds much faster outside of night hours.
2. If all the terms and conditions for working with the accounts given in Section 2 are met, the accounts will be opened for use within 24 hours from the moment of purchase.
Start using the accounts immediately, because... many sites delete accounts / organize scheduled cleanup operations due to lack of activity. Even if you have not used your accounts within 24 hours of the purchase, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. If the accounts are not working due to the error of the store, if all the rules and conditions for working with the accounts given in Section 2 have been fulfilled, if the replacement of accounts is met within 1 hour from the moment of purchase, and if a preliminary request for login was made before the accounts were started.
If you have logged in to your account and done something on your account and your account has been banned, it can no longer be changed/refunded
4. Refund if the accounts cannot be changed. Refunds can be made via crypto.
Refunds to bank card and other pay systems are not possible.
5. The sale of accounts in one hand.
The store is never involved and will not participate in the resale of accounts.
Chapter 2. greatinsta.com the following are prohibited when using accounts purchased from the website:
1. Log in to 2 or more accounts without a proxy and from a single device.
You can use the accounts without a proxy and from one device (different browsers are not different devices), but in this case we will refuse to exchange/pay back.
2. Use the static IP address of your home, your ipv6 proxy, your public proxies, packet proxies, shared proxies.
Only personal (i.e. individual) ipv4 proxies, mobile and residential proxies are allowed to be used.
3. Use any VPN service, paid or free.
Any VPN service uses public IP addresses used by foreigners.
4. Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS and VPS servers.
Any site can detect that you are not accessing it from a real device. This significantly reduces the trust of accounts and leads to them being blocked.
5. Use the proxy service for all accounts.
All of these services are unreliable and accounts can be blocked thanks to them.
Chapter 3. Other terms and conditions:
1. Orders are not stored in the store for more than 1 month.
If you have lost/deleted your orders, we cannot restore them.
2. In case of long-term use of the purchased accounts, the customer is obliged to change their passwords and independently ensure their security.
This applies to cases where someone steals your account after a year for any reason. This way you can be sure that the problem is not caused by the store.
3. Valid purchased products cannot be returned/replaced.
This applies to cases where you were careless when choosing a product and want to make a refund or exchange after purchase.
4. The store and its employees do not provide training or counseling.
We do not work with accounts, so we cannot fully advise you.
5. By purchasing an account and leaving your email after the purchase, you automatically agree to receive newsletters from our store.
Postings are made very rarely.
After the rules are accepted (at the time of purchase), the customer confirms the following:
1. The client read the detailed description of the accounts.
2. The customer has read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the store.
3. After purchasing the product, all responsibility passes to the customer.
4. In case of violation of any point of the rules, the customer has no claims against the store and store employees.
